Janie Perez joined the university in March 2020, where she serves as the Senior Administrative Associate in the Office of the Vice President for Legal Affairs. In this capacity, she provides paralegal support in the areas of subpoenas, contracts, and real estate.
Janie has dedicated her entire career to the legal profession, including twenty years of service at a prominent private practice firm in Austin, Texas. She graduated from The University of Texas Paralegal Certificate Program and holds an additional certificate in Law Office Administration from the University of Texas.
